Warriors:
Thank you for stopping in on us, the Adventurous Dynamic Duo, as we share another episode of, "Dynamic Duo Inspired Journey." This week we would like to discuss, how BIG are you Dreaming? Do you realize that your life is based upon your dreams? Dreaming BIG is one of the keys to your success, because it allows you to improve your life.
The Adventurous Dynamic Duo, have “HUGE“ big dreams. LOL. Our bucket-list is a big part of our dreams. It encompasses, what we want to accomplish for God, where we want to travel, what we want to see, special adventures we want to do, and even, some of the material items we would like to acquire. Warriors, please get this into your heads, and repeat after us, "No Dream Is Too Big For God!"
We, all, tend to let life's challenges take over, and we only look at the reality of what's right in front of us. Unfortunately, by doing this, we only look at what we can reach (or do) on our own. But, today, we want to challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone, and ask God to reveal to you, what He has purposed for you to do. Sidney and I know that you have a dream in your heart (right now) that is, just, blazing and yearning to get out.
What is a/your dream, you ask? We think, your dream is what you would love to happen in your life and you know, the only way you will get it/there is with the help of God. It is the vision and goals that truly saturate your entire being when you think and speak about them. Your dream is a journey that would take you to the highest level of personal fulfillment - the person you were created to be! Warriors, you see, when you know it is a dream, it seems impossible. BUT, it keeps popping back inside your mind and not allowing you rest, until you start working towards it. Your dream needs to be one that will glorify God, and it must be bigger than yourself. It is something you cannot stop envisioning for yourself. You will be willing to give up your all to obtain it. Your dream will meet a need in the world, to help others, and its impact will last forever.
Hey, you...Stop trying to trim your dream down, downsizing it, so you don't get disappointed. What??? Warrior, you call yourself, just making it more manageable for you to handle. Well, the Adventurous Dynamic Duo, was once there - afraid to truly dream, because we were afraid of failure. Now, you can see, our bucket-list, as mentioned in one of our previous blogs, is huge. It's way bigger than ourselves, and it is way bigger than our pockets, Lol (our finances). Additionally, it's way bigger than what's right in front of us, and we continue to refine it, by adding more dreams to it. Warriors, we are standing on God's Word and His Promises. We know, that we know, we serve a Big God, and HE is big enough to make what man, thinks is impossible, possible. For sure, He is already doing the impossible in our lives - right now. Thank you, LORD! Further, Warrior, please do not be that individual who places limits on yourself, by not allowing yourself to dream. Dreaming big, takes you stepping out into the unknown and taking that leap/step of faith. It's important to take time to listen to your inner self (aka, Holy Spirit), as this is when you will find your true life's calling. The Adventurous Dynamic Duo is a testimony to let you know, when we did this, we are contend with who we are becoming. Our self-confidence has been boosted! We know we are on the right track, the track/path that God has us following. The dreams we are working hard towards, are motivating and pushing us to do things, we would have never done. Now, we are living our life intentionally, pressing toward the mark of the high calling. We are so busy working on our dreams and making plans on how to achieve them, that we do not have time for foolishness. As a result of our intentional efforts, we find we are motivating and inspiring other people along the way.
As you are embarking upon your dreams, it is imperative to remember that it may take failing a few times, but do not miss out on the lesson. Also, greatness doesn't occur without taking risks - living out on the edge or sometimes, hanging over the cliff. Right, Jackie? LOL. It is in these moments, you will find yourself getting closer and closer to God. So, dream BIG, because God is way bigger than your dreams. There is nothing too hard for God. He can do anything & all things. He will, even, take our bad and use it for His good. When God is in your plan(s), get ready for Him to blow your mind. Trust us, HE is blowing the Adventurous Dynamic Duo's minds each and every day. God is opening doors and taking us into the light, out of the darkness. For example, our networking has expanded, and we are meeting and working with folks, that we know is only because of, God. He is taking us from glory, to glory, to glory. Thank You, Jesus!
The creativity, the energy, and the power needed to fulfill your dream(s), all must flow from, Jesus the Christ. You have the power inside of you, the Holy Spirit. It is through tapping into the Holy Spirit, we learn and grow to understand what God has in store for us. The keys to reaching your dream: write it down, pray constantly without ceasing, and ask God for His divine direction. Warriors, it is going to take a lot of patience, commitment, and you will more than likely need to do some refining of your plans along the way. However, this Dream you have is possible for you, because nothing is impossible for and with God! Take a look at the book, ”More of You God,” page 159, the devotion for June 2. It speaks exactly to the possibilities we have with God, they are limitless. It’s a confirmation of what we are saying, right now. Glory!
So, are you ready to start dreaming like a Warrior? It is your time! It’s your season!
