Press Pass Fear

Warriors:

This week's, "Dynamic Duo Inspired Journey," topic is on embracing your fears of traveling. In fact, we believe fear is the biggest obstacle that may be holding us (all of us) back from fulfilling our full potential and becoming the best version of who we can become. Warriors, we all have some level of fear. We aren't sure what your fear is, maybe it is: fear of not being good enough, fear of success, fear of failure, fear of getting out of your comfort zone, fear of the unknown, fear of a language barrier when traveling, fear of having a bad experience, fear of flying, fear of heights, fear of water, fear of getting injured abroad, fear of getting robbed, fear of not being able to afford it, fear of running out of money, and/or fear of getting lost. Whatever your fear may be.... The big questions..."Where does fear come from, and how do we conquer our fears of traveling, so we can fulfill our bucket-list goals?

Neuroscientists believe humans are the most fearful creatures on the planet, because we have the ability to learn, think, and then we create fear in our minds. Further, humans seem to think we are protecting ourselves by imagining the worst possible outcomes. BUT, Warriors, fear really leads us to just not doing anything; except scaring ourselves, right, out of doing it. Hold on. We are here to tell you, you are missing out on your best life, if you let fear win. The more the Adventurous Dynamic Duo adventures out and tackles our bucket-list, we see and learn it wasn't bad or scary, at all; in fact, it was fun and freeing. So, why did we spend so much time worrying about it?! "Right Sidney?" Warriors, it is our choice to face fear, dead, in its face. The Bible speaks on fear, saying, we are not to have fear of anything; other than God, alone. We must know who we are and whose we are. WE are children of the most high God. It is our time to get courageous, pushing our fears, right, out of our minds. Get out of the house, Warriors, and start tapping into traveling and accomplishing your goals. It's time to Press! Press! Press! Let's examine a few travel fears, so we can help you, press pass them and get on the fearless road to living your life, intentionally. Yes, press, right pass your fears. Y'all ready, Warriors?

Did you know, fear is False Evidence Appearing Real (FEAR)? It is merely an emotion, so there's nothing physical for you to worry about. Therefore, fear is just an illusion, created by your mind. Traveling tends to take us out of our comfort zone, so we create an illusion that something bad might happen. However, to overcome this fear, take time and write at least 10-15 good reasons to go ahead and participate in the adventure. Another great fear-facing tool is to research where you are going, thoroughly, so you do not get caught up in the fear of the unknown illusion. The key to traveling fearlessly is, to plan your trip very careful. It starts with deciding where you want to travel, how much you want to spend, make sure you save more than what you anticipate to spend, research the area and your hotel, research the adventures you would like to participate, learn a few words and sentences of the native language, and walk in your authority...the dominion God has given you over this world. You have power, Warriors. It lives inside of you, the Holy Spirit. Tap in now! Don’t miss your blessing. Further, a lot of our fear is based on stress and anxiety. This is when you start thinking something bad/scary is going to happen, like the plane is going to fall from the sky and crash, or I'm going to get robbed or injured. The list can go on and on. Illusion, illusion, and illusion. Remember, Warriors, other cities and countries have doctors too. Lol. Maybe you may need to get medication when flying, to relax. In fact, the meds will probably have you sleeping (fearlessly) for your entire flight. Okay, sleepy head! Lol. Seriously, in times of travel stress and anxiety, we need to take a chill pill (maybe a sleeping aid, too) and say a prayer over ourselves to cover us and just live life. God is (always) in control!

Making the best of every moment of your life is so important. It is time to kill your fear and live life intentionally. Take a chance, Warriors, "Right Jackie? “That is exactly what we are doing, and we are enjoying every minute.” Live your life without regret, because life passes by so quickly. Please, please, please, do not be that person who lets years pass you by and you are left wondering, "What was my gift of life, for?" because you didn’t do anything with it or in it, nor did you contribute to God's kingdom. What????? All because, of fear... all because, of the lack of believing in God and believing in yourself. Trust God, for the best is yet to come.

Warriors, this year, we are planning to step out of our comfort zone with some of our adventures. We can’t wait to do them and then, share them with you. Remember, it doesn’t take millions to create fantastic, amazing, and life-long memories. We encourage you to embrace your bucket list goals and this travel lifestyle (if your bucket list includes traveling). Whatever your bucket list includes, it’s your time to press pass your fears. We know how much it will positively influence your life. Jackie, “How are we doing?" “We are spending our time creating memories and embracing each beautiful moment.”

We want you to get with the program and live your life intentionally too! Thank you for checking in this week. May God comfort you through all of your life's adventures. Warriors, live a life worth speaking of and sharing. Don’t forget to sign in with your email address and use the code: ZEJFNW.

We love you!
